Great location for nightlife, with plenty of bars and restaurants in the area. Friendly and helpful staff, from the bellboy to the receptionist. Exceptional training facilities evident from the staff's professionalism. Comfortable and cozy beds for a great night's sleep.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in the center of Makati, surrounded by lively restaurants and a buzzing nightlife. The location was perfect for exploring the city's happenings without being disturbed by noise. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure I felt welcome from the moment I arrived. The rooms, although simple in design, were clean and comfortable, providing all the basic amenities I needed for a pleasant stay. Plus, the inclusive breakfast was a delightful start to my mornings, offering a variety of options to satisfy my appetite.

Although my overall experience was great, there was one aspect that could have been improved.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, with no signs of any pests like cockroaches. The hotel facilities were great, including good air conditioning and free wifi that actually worked. The location in the entertainment district was perfect, with easy access to the nightlife and many restaurants and shopping malls within walking distance or a short drive. The staff were outstanding, always friendly and helpful.

Cubana Bar downstairs has great ambience and coffee. Open doors to the street. Filling Station restaurant also rather cool. Rooms are clean and safe. Jr Suite has a window you can open in the bathroom. Hotel offers room service from nearby restaurants. Bed was comfortable.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Makati that had a great location, right in the center of the city. The Havana coffee shop in the hotel was a fantastic spot to start my mornings with a delicious cup of coffee. The hotel was clean and the staff provided excellent service. The room was comfortable, and the bathroom was well-maintained. Plus, the hotel had a convenient restaurant on-site for breakfast. it was a great stay.

The noise from the bar downstairs could be slightly bothersome at times.

Exceptional service, great location, comfortable bed, pleasant staff, good menu at Cafe Cubana, easy access to coffee shops and restaurants.

The hotel's staff is incredibly charming, polite, and smart, providing excellent service from security to reception to bellboys. The location in the center of Makati is awesome, giving easy access to everything this city has to offer. We loved the convenience of having Café Cubana on the street level, perfect for a quick bite or coffee. Additionally, the ground floor bar, open 24/7, was a popular spot and great for socializing.
